4. On dipping, if two bands are visible, then the tests result is taken to be negative while the presence of a single band reveals a positive for the presence of cocaine. Results in this case are almost instantaneous.

There are several factors that affect the detection of cocaine in these cocaine drug tests. Major ones are
· Quantity of cocaine consumed
· The frequency in which cocaine was consumed
· Age of the examinee
· Rate of metabolism and the body mass of the examinee
· Tolerance level for the drug which is wholly dependent on the examinee

Of the several types of tests that are in vogue for cocaine detection, the most simple on is the urine test. Its quick, fast and quite reliable.
