I just used Renu foot pads last night and they worked incredibly well. After having a baby 4 months ago, my body has been fatigued and achy. I’ve developed severe pain in my muscles and joints and have had difficulty walking due to extremely sore feet. This morning, after having used the pads – ALL MY PAIN IS GONE! I looked up the ingredients in the Renu pads and they include dextrin and starch, and the pads were very sticky this morning and I had to scrub the sticky substance off my feet… but they DID work! I can only imagine what the higher quality products would achieve. Oh, and I woke up this morning in a pool of sweat. Apparently, that’s how the patches work. They promote the bodys own detoxification through sweating.
