I’m a recent diabetic that has minimal input from the medical community. Eating different foods require different amounts of insulin. When I eat a 8 ounces of lean meat or a 8 onces of green olives or 8 onces of wheat thins my insulin needs are very different.
Roughly what percent of absorption at the cellular level is atributed to insulin for fats and protein? Thanks
