that isnt so much true bout the month thing i use to get a u.a once a week and smoked everyday the entire year i was on. what you need to do is drink a gallon or more of water. piss like a mother fucker between the 3 day period of when you think your ognna have a test (2-3 day) and then spit 3 times before you piss in the cup. piss half way through your piss stream (make sure day of test you eat or drink something unhealty to make your piss yellow and not get flagged ) but half way through the stream go in the cup then spit 3 more times in the cup the spit is 80 % h20 if you drink right mount of it. and stays body tempature. worked every time…

lets sat you did some coke.and meth in the last 90 days.and you where takeing other medications like oxycodone and sulfamethhoxazone andcephalexin.are these medicans, going to do any thing to cover up the useage. in a hair test.

Depends on how heavy your use was and many other things, however I’d say your more then clear at 7 days. All the research i have done tends to say 2-5 days before urine is clear.
