Aloha I have been helping my friend clean up and got him into a drug treatment “Methadone” program, I took away his Valium when he started the program 4 weeks ago and in his forth week they did a urine test and he came up dirty for Benzodiazepine from the Valiums He is 56 years old 6’ tall, 225 lbs has Hepatices C “stage 2” and he does not drink alcohol. He does have a problem with the Ammonia levels and brain function that we are getting further testing on those problems at our liver center! Dose this account for the positive for Benzodiazepines a mount after stopping? Are the Hepatices and age “slowed metabolism” keep the Benzo’s in his system over a month? Thank you for all your help here!

I am 23 years old. 175lbs. I took one 10mg. valium last saturday and I have a drug test tomorrow. It’ll be exactly 3 days since I took one (orally). Do you think that it’ll be out of my system?

2-3weeks i know from experience at your weight for sure. It has the longest onset of benzos .If you are getting tested stop now. start drinking lots of water . Then on the day of your test make sure to piss as many times as you can and drink water on the way to do it . I have to perform drug test every day at my job I can bring home test and i have tried everything to beat them and drinking lots of water seems to help. PLEASE stopp the Valium far at least 12 days before your test.
