    The guy who wrote this article cannot form a sentence correctly and also cannot spell. Half of it is bull****. Niacin breaks down fat where toxins are stored, drinking lots of water in combination with that helps you piss it out. He mentions many things on the internet not being true, well buddy, look where your article is.
