I’m reading this list of tips and tricks, but have questions.
According to this site - http://www.wrc.net/wrcnet_content/dietplans/d-tox_diet_12day.htm - I thought any type of flour wasn’t permitted during this detox.
“Note: There are no breads or other flour products (e.g. breads, cakes, cookies, pastas or the like), dairy products (except butter), or tropical fruit during this program. ”
How are rice crackers and rice noodles OK?

I just now had a look at the site. They have told that 20% of your food can have the following items. If you want to have rice, it should be in very minimal quantity. So, be careful
